Overview:

We are seeking a Parts Department Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive service industry and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a professional manner

- Process customer part orders

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with retail sales of automotive products

- Answer phone calls and address customer concerns promptly

Experience:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service setting is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction

- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance terminology and services

- Proficient in phone etiquette for clear communication

- Experience in retail sales is beneficial
